Conner Mattern

Conner Mattern is a professional with diverse experience in recruitment and consulting. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Aerotek since July 2022, Conner previously worked as a Solar Consultant at Solar Energy Partners from February 2021 to July 2022. Conner's early career includes a role as a Marketing Intern at Fitzone in mid-2020, where responsibilities involved implementing a mobile app and enhancing consumer awareness through social media and email marketing campaigns. From November 2015 to June 2019, Conner held the position of Lead Assistant Manager at Zumiez. Conner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from California State University Channel Islands from 2019 to 2020, and has also attended Cuesta College from 2016 to 2019.
