Beginning a career in hospitality as a Front Desk Associate at Hampton, Lance managed guest relations and ensured smooth check-out processes. Transitioning into sales, Lance held multiple positions including Business Development at A G Machining Inc, Inside Sales Representative at Graybar, where responsibilities encompassed cold calling and account management, and currently, a Recruiter and Account Manager at Aerotek, focused on fulfilling client staffing needs.
