Max Frederick

Max Frederick has extensive experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, currently serving as the Divisional Practice Lead - Industrial at Aerotek since September 2015. In this role, Max manages daily sales and recruiting functions for the Madison Industrial Staffing team, partnering with manufacturing facilities in Southern Wisconsin to provide staffing services in Skilled Trades. Prior to this position, Max worked as an Account Manager focusing on Skilled Trades and as a Recruiter for Aerotek Energy Services, where expertise was applied to meet the demands of the energy sector. Max's earlier experience includes a summer internship with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, where responsibilities spanned ticket sales, stadium operations, community relations, and retail operations. Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Insurance, Marketing, and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed in 2015.
