Patrick Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, sales, and management. Currently serving as the Recruiter Practice Lead and Recruiter at Aerotek since January 2018, Patrick has developed expertise in talent acquisition. Previous experience includes a Merger and Acquisition Intern role at Fog Software Group, where responsibilities involved utilizing Salesforce for investment opportunities analysis. Prior to that, Patrick worked as a Sales Representative for Vantage Marketing, achieving significant revenue generation, and also held various roles in Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity, including House Manager and Kitchen Manager, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills. Early career experience includes a seven-year tenure as a waiter at Hackney's Printers' Row, emphasizing customer relationship building and sales promotion. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University, earned in 2017.
