Alan Dominguez has extensive experience in the renewable energy and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as an O&M Field Service Operations professional at The AES Corporation since June 2025, Alan previously worked as a Field Service Technician II at Miller Bros Solar from September 2021 to June 2025, and held the position of O&M Field Service Engineer at SMA America in 2021. Earlier roles include Solar Technician II at World Wind & Solar (2018-2020), Aqueduct & Reservoir Keeper at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (May 2017-2018), and various laborer positions at Marina Landscape (2016-2017) and Barnard Construction (August 2014-December 2015).
