Aldemaro A.

Aldemaro A. has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and HR Services. Aldemaro began their career in 2003 as a CIO at C.A. La Electricidad de Caracas. Aldemaro then moved on to AES, where they had various roles including IT Demand Director and LAA & CS Regional CIO. In 2012, they became a Business Transformation Director at AES Corp. Aldemaro later joined AES US SBU as an Information Technology Director. In 2015, they became the VP of Global HR Services and Technology at The AES Corporation.

Aldemaro A. holds an MBA degree from IESA, which was obtained between 1999 and 2001. Aldemaro also earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from Simon Bolivar University, graduating with honors from 1982 to 1987. Additionally, Aldemaro completed a Leadership Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and studied Delivering Information Services at Harvard Business School. Aldemaro also completed a course on Corporate Governance at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and studied Renewable Energy and Green Building at Duke University.
