Ben Tejblum

Ben Tejblum serves as Chief Commercial Counsel for Clean Energy at The AES Corporation, overseeing legal matters related to offtake agreements, energy market strategy, and regulatory affairs since January 2021. Prior experience includes Associate General Counsel at sPower and an Associate role at K&L Gates, where Ben focused on energy and infrastructure projects. Additional roles include a position at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and litigation experience in both private practice and public service, including work as a student prosecutor and legal intern. Ben holds an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, along with a BA from the University of Rochester.
