Casey Ross

Casey Ross is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Security Analyst at The AES Corporation since April 2023, Casey has developed a Change Management system, maintained compliance documentation, and organized Cyber Asset lists. Prior to this role, Casey was a Senior Security Engineer at Xactly Corp, where responsibilities included performing vulnerability scans and coordinating penetration tests. With a strong background in IT risk management, Casey also held positions at Sunflower Bank and The AES Corporation, where expertise in compliance with NERC standards and infrastructure security was demonstrated. In addition to professional endeavors, Casey has experience coaching youth basketball, focusing on motivational techniques and team development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Safety from Indiana University Indianapolis.
