Cecilia G. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and learning development with extensive experience at The AES Corporation since August 2018. As a Global Talent & Learning Partner, Cecilia leads the creation and implementation of global training programs across multiple countries, collaborating closely with operations and HR business partners to assess training needs and develop annual training plans. Previous roles at AES include US Learning & Development Partner and US Recruiter Senior Analyst, where Cecilia managed end-to-end recruitment processes and developed diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior experience at PwC Argentina and Róndine Senior Selection further solidified expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Cecilia holds a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos from Universidad del Salvador and is currently pursuing a Posgrado en Relaciones Laborales at UADE.
