Charlene He, P.E., CPP, is an experienced environmental professional with a robust background in civil engineering and environmental management. Currently serving as the Southland Environmental Manager at The AES Corporation since August 2015, Charlene has held several key positions within the company, including Environmental Manager and Project Engineer in Asset Management. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Sr. Staff Engineer at E2 ManageTech, Inc. and as an Air Quality Engineer at the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District. Starting a career as an Airline Ground Staff Lead at Hallmark Aviation Services, Charlene holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
