Christopher McCleary

Christopher McCleary currently serves as Team Lead in Portfolio Asset Management at The AES Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher was an Asset Manager at SunShare from July 2021 to August 2023, overseeing the operation and maintenance of community solar gardens across North America. Christopher's experience also includes positions as an Asset Manager at RES, managing various wind, solar, and battery storage assets, and as a Wind Engineer at both Clearway Energy Group and NRG Renewables, focusing on performance analysis and maintenance procedures for wind turbines. Additionally, Christopher held roles in energy engineering and design during academic endeavors at Penn State University and Philadelphia University, highlighted by leadership in renewable energy projects.
