Daniel S.

Daniel S. is a management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and product development. Currently serving as the Manager of Western Wind Development at The AES Corporation since February 2018, Daniel has held various roles within the company, including Business Development Analyst and several trainee positions across diverse functions such as operations and finance. Previously, Daniel worked as a Product Development Engineer at MadebyKnock, a startup known for high-end coffee grinders, where responsibilities included product design and prototyping using CAD and 3D printing. As President of the Edinburgh Latin American Forum, Daniel organized the 2017 conference focusing on innovation and economic growth. Daniel holds a First Class Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Engineering for Sustainable Energy from The University of Edinburgh and has participated in international engineering workshops and training programs in civil and mechanical engineering.
