David Orr

David Orr is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP & Global Chief Information & Digital Officer at The AES Corporation since March 2019, David previously held significant positions including VP, Digital and CTO at Sealed Air Corporation and Chief Technology Officer & VP of Software Engineering at GE Digital. David's career at Ingersoll Rand spanned over 12 years, during which multiple leadership roles in IT and analytics were undertaken. Initial experience includes positions at Online Banking Solutions and Oxford Industries, focusing on software development and information systems. David holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Clemson University.
