David Wen

David Wen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Director of Operations and Maintenance at AES Clean Energy since November 2020. His previous roles include Director of Operations and Maintenance at sPower and Director of Commissioning at M+W Group, where David managed the commissioning group and established standards for utility-scale storage projects. David also held positions as Senior Project Engineer at Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp. and Commissioning Manager at First Solar, overseeing project design, development, and commissioning contracts. Early in his career, David worked as a Project Engineer at Edison Mission Energy, focusing on solar project development and site analysis.
