Emily Taylor has extensive experience in wind development and government affairs, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Wind Development at The AES Corporation since October 2020, after progressing from Associate to Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Emily worked at Invenergy LLC as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Government Affairs from June 2018 to October 2020. Experience also includes serving as an Ambassador at the Colorado State University Energy Institute and as Director of the Student Sustainability Center at the School of Global Environmental Sustainability from February 2016 to May 2018. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Energy and Environmental Policy from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Colorado, expected to graduate in 2024.
