Fernando Luis

Fernando Luis, PMP®, is a project manager at The AES Corporation with over 20 years of experience in developing projects for the oil and gas industry, as well as power generation plants. They have participated in more than 30 engineering projects across Venezuela, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, including the construction of Central America's first natural gas-based electricity generation plant and LNG storage tank. Previously, Fernando held various engineering roles at companies such as PMC Ingeniería, C.A., and Refractarios Pramar, C.A., where they developed skills in project coordination and management. Fernando is currently pursuing a Master of Project Management at Universidad Católica Andres Bello while having earned a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Oriente in 2003.
