Gregory Phillips

Gregory Phillips is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Green Hydrogen Manager at The AES Corporation since June 2020, after previously holding the position of New Energy Technology Applications Manager. Gregory has a diverse background that includes a summer associate role for AES Next, an acquisitions intern at CleanCapital, and a consultancy position at La Asociación Chilena de Energía Solar, where strategies for distributed solar generation were developed. Earlier experiences include serving as an analyst at The White House, managing correspondence related to energy and the environment, and working as a research assistant focused on climate change and sustainability at ICF International. Gregory holds an MBA and an MS from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Carleton College.
