Heath Haws

Heath Haws is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Director at The AES Corporation since January 2022, Heath oversees multiple solar projects, including Great Cove PA Solar (220 MWac) and Cavalier VA Solar (235 MWac). Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at The AES Corporation, Heath managed the Oak Ridge LA Solar project (200 MWac) and gained valuable experience as a Project Manager with Signal Energy Constructors, leading the SB Energy TX Solar project (615 MWdc). At McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., from 2014 to 2019, Heath held various roles, including Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, contributing to a diverse portfolio of construction and solar energy projects. Heath also has foundational experience as an Apprentice Electrician and a Sales Manager, alongside a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
