Jc Wayne

JC Wayne is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as Maintenance Manager at The AES Corporation since May 2011, overseeing grid-based Battery Energy Storage Systems. JC previously worked as a BOP Engineer and Team Leader, managing the maintenance and operation of collection system components and a 32 MW Battery Energy Storage System for a wind turbine generation facility. Prior to this role, JC was a Level 1 IC&E Technician at GenPower, involved in electrical commissioning and maintenance for a 700 MW supercritical coal-fired power plant, and contributed to QA/QC for various turnover packages.
