Jeff MacKay

Jeff MacKay is a financial executive with extensive experience in treasury and financial management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Vice President & Treasurer at The AES Corporation since July 2012, Jeff oversees global treasury operations for a diversified power generation company. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer for the AES Energy Infrastructure segment and the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean region, where leadership extended to large finance teams and complex financial functions. Earlier in the career, experience included treasury management roles at AES Panama and operational project management at The AES Corporation. Jeff began the professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant and has a strong academic background with a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and executive education from INCAE Business School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
