John Horstmann is the Sr. Director of RTO Affairs at AES Ohio, a position held since 2004. Previously, John served as the Director of PJM Affairs at NRG Energy from 2001 to 2003 and held various roles, culminating as VP at Exelon/PECO Energy from 1980 to 2001. John earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in 1980 and is currently pursuing a Masters of Management with a focus on Finance at Penn State University.
