Ken Zagzebski

Ken Zagzebski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of AES and President of AES Utilities at The AES Corporation since August 2023. Previously, Ken held several key leadership roles within The AES Corporation, including Chief Operating Officer of AES Clean Energy and various positions from 2007 to 2021, such as Vice President of Global I-EPC and President of AES Southland Energy. Prior to joining AES, Ken served as Vice President of Utility Solutions at Ventyx and spent over two decades at Xcel Energy in roles including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Field Operations. Ken Zagzebski holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
