Kris Larson

Kris Larson is a Construction Project Director at The AES Corporation since December 2016, focusing on the conversion of coal units to gas at the AES Indiana Petersburg Station and overseeing the development and operations of AES Indiana Renewables. Previously, Kris led construction efforts in Vietnam for AES Corporation and served as Project Manager for the successful delivery and commissioning of a 28 MW wind farm in Hawaii. Earlier experience includes roles as Construction Project Manager for the Huntington Beach Energy Project and Plant Manager at Harding Street Station. Kris holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, completed between 1985 and 1993.
