Prior experience includes managing government relations and communications at sPower, and community engagement and public affairs at Enbridge, where Lara H. developed programs to enhance stakeholder interaction. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a degree in Architecture & Urbanism from Smith College.
