Lukas Schatzmann

Lukas Schatzmann has extensive experience in contract and claims management within the engineering and construction sector. Currently serving as Contract & Claims Senior Manager for the Andes region at The AES Corporation since June 2015, Lukas previously held positions as Contract & Claims Manager and Claims Manager for the Alto Maipo run-of-the-river Hydropower Project. Prior experience includes managing claims as a Managing Consultant at Hill International, Inc. for major projects across multiple countries, as well as serving as Site Manager and Claims Engineer at Alpine Bau GmbH for various MRT and infrastructure projects in Singapore and Malaysia. Lukas holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Construction Management and Civil Engineering Sciences from Technische Universität Graz and a Master of Law in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University.
