Marcus Wedge

Marcus Wedge has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Marcus'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at The AES Corporation, where they began in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Emergent BioSolutions, starting in August 2015. During their time at Emergent BioSolutions, they held various positions such as Director of Compensation & People Analytics and Senior Manager of Compensation & People Analytics. Before joining Emergent BioSolutions, Marcus worked at Ellucian as a Compensation Analyst (Lead) from September 2012 to August 2015. Marcus began their career at PRM Consulting as a Business Analyst (Compensation) from August 2011 to August 2012.

Marcus Wedge attended Morehouse College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In 2019, they obtained an HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.
