Mary Havers is an accomplished workforce analyst with extensive experience in crisis management and operations, currently serving as Workforce Analyst II at The AES Corporation since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Call Center Operations Manager for PRS, Inc., where Mary led national suicide contact center programs, managed over 150 employees and volunteers, and developed innovative crisis support initiatives.
