Nicholas Molinari

Nicholas Molinari is a seasoned professional in project development and business management with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Project Development for The AES Corporation in Hawaiʻi since February 2019, Nicholas oversees a team focused on advancing renewable energy initiatives. Previous roles at The AES Corporation included Senior Project Development Manager and Project Development Manager, where Nicholas contributed significantly to expanding the renewable energy pipeline and successfully developed solar and battery storage projects. Prior to joining AES, Nicholas held various positions at M+W Group, including Director of Business Development and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing project portfolios and establishing distribution networks for solar components. Earlier experience includes roles at Aztec Solar Power as an Account Executive and internships with MSG Promotions and CBS Corporation, providing a solid foundation in logistics, advertising sales, and client relations. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
