Nicholas Williams

Nicholas Williams is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Coordinator at The AES Corporation since March 2023. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Geologist at Geosyntec Consultants, where responsibilities included organizing field events for environmental data collection, collaborating on technical documentation, and overseeing site investigations. Nicholas also held the position of Senior Staff Geologist, contributing to a variety of projects through data interpretation and management. Prior experiences include a Geologist role at CNOOC International, focusing on exploration activities and subsurface geologic data interpretation, and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Illinois University, where research involved investigating deformation patterns and paleohydrological systems. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Geology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from DePauw University.
