Page Bolin is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in land planning, project development, and renewable energy. Currently serving as a Senior Project Development Manager at AES Clean Energy since August 2020, Page has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Developer at Community Energy, Inc. and Principal and Owner of Sustainable Development Solutions, LLC. Page has extensive expertise in managing renewable energy projects and real estate development, having successfully closed over $50 million in commercial and agricultural assets during tenure at the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners. Additionally, Page has contributed to urban renewal efforts as a commissioner for the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority and has a strong foundation in planning and project analysis from various positions, including Planner II roles in Adams County Colorado and the City of Thornton. Page holds a graduate certificate in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Denver, a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
