Rahul Reddy

Rahul Reddy is a highly skilled electrical engineer with extensive experience in high voltage projects and protection and control systems. Currently serving as a High Voltage Project Engineer at The AES Corporation since June 2021, Rahul has previously held roles at Mott MacDonald as Engineer III, where responsibilities included developing design packages for 34.5kV generation substations for renewable energy installations. Prior experience includes positions at Quanta Technology, LLC, where work focused on wide area protection studies, and an engineering internship at South River Electric Membership Corporation, concentrating on solar farm feasibility and distribution reliability. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, Rahul is proficient in various industry tools, such as ASPEN, MATLAB, and AutoCAD.
