Rhea Langan

Rhea Albright Langan is a seasoned Benefits Specialist at The AES Corporation since February 2019, responsible for administering global welfare benefits, overseeing the benefits enrollment platform, and managing the annual open enrollment process. As a co-founder of Presley's Produce, Rhea focuses on assisting families in navigating the challenges of losing a child. Prior experience includes over 18 years at Simon Property Group in various roles, culminating as Manager of Employee Benefits/Human Resources, where Rhea implemented innovative benefit programs and facilitated significant transitions within the workforce. Rhea began her career as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at Sony Electronics, where efforts led to substantial cost savings in employee programs. Rhea holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Business College and additional education from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
