Roberto Riveiro has a diverse background in both education and engineering, with significant experience in physics and electrical engineering. Roberto served as a Docente en la escuela de Física at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras from May 2016 to July 2017 and previously as an Instructor de Laboratorio A1 from February 2011 to August 2013, focusing on the instruction and supervision of physics laboratory courses. Additional engineering experience includes a role as an Ingeniero Practicante at Vientos de Electrotecnia S.A. during the Wind Project San Marcos and various positions at Cobra Instalaciones Y Servicios S.A., including Supervisor Eléctrico and Project Manager for a substation expansion project. Currently, Roberto holds the position of Gerente de desarrollo de negocio at The AES Corporation since June 2024. Roberto's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy Technology for Sustainable Development from Universitat Politècnica de València and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering along with a Licentiate degree in Physics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
