Roger Reynolds

Roger Reynolds serves as the U.S. Senior Safety Manager for AES Clean Energy at The AES Corporation, a position held since February 2023, overseeing safety across all AES Clean Energy sites from Puerto Rico to Hawaii. Prior to this role, Rogers held various safety leadership positions, including Safety Team Lead at Indianapolis Power & Light Company and Safety and Training Team Lead for Hoosier Energy REC, Inc. Extensive experience in safety and technical resources was also gained through roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana, Lewellyn Technology, Inc., Bemis, and Caterpillar Inc. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Indiana State University, as well as a Master of Science in Safety and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
