Roy Judson

Roy Judson is an experienced professional in the energy sector with expertise in structured trading and pricing analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Structured Trading at AES Clean Energy since June 2021, Roy leads a team focused on managing illiquid risks associated with renewable generation and utility-scale battery assets across the continental USA. Prior to this role, Roy held multiple positions at Direct Energy Business from 2014 to 2021, including ERCOT Power Trader and Manager of Power Pricing, where responsibilities included leading a team for commercial power pricing in CAISO, MISO, and ERCOT. Roy's career also includes experience as a Pricing Analyst at Direct Energy, an Associate Pricing Analyst at Gexa Energy, and a Financial Advisor at AXA Advisors, complemented by an internship at the James A.
