Ryan Yang

Ryan Yang is a Load Forecasting Analyst at The AES Corporation since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing the 2025 AES Indiana IRP, conducting Mid-to-Long Term Load Forecasting, and analyzing Financial Base Margin Variance. Previously, Ryan served as a Statistical Researcher at the University of California, Davis, contributing to a published paper on Granger Causality, and as an Energy Data Scientist at UC Davis Facilities Management, where Ryan led a team in implementing a $1 million annual energy savings initiative through advanced modeling techniques. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
