Sherry Kohan

Sherry Kohan has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Sherry began their career at Arthur Andersen in 1992 as a Manager in the Commercial & Finance Group, a role they held until 2000. In 2000, they joined The AES Corporation as a Managing Director and worked in this position until 2014. During their time at AES, they also served as Vice President, Global Finance Operations from 2014 to 2020 and as Vice President & Controller from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Sherry holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at The AES Corporation.

Sherry Kohan attended the University of Maryland from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
