Steven Harada

Steven Harada, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Clean Energy Tax Reporting at The AES Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at RSM US LLP from January 2012 to September 2022, culminating in the role of Tax Senior Director, focusing on Alternative Investment Funds including Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate, as well as portfolio company partnerships and M&A. Earlier career experiences include roles as Tax Manager, Tax Supervisor, Tax Senior, and Tax Associate at RSM US LLP, along with internships in State and Local Tax Compliance and Financial Planning & Analysis at Avery Dennison. Steven earned a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UC Irvine between 2008 and 2011.
