Tim Bockhorn

Tim Bockhorn is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of Market Operations at The AES Corporation since May 2020, focusing on accelerating a 100% carbon-free energy grid. Prior to this role, Tim worked as Engineer IV in Transmission Planning at The Dayton Power and Light Company from June 2018 to May 2020, and held the position of Senior Trader at the same company from December 1993 to May 2018. Tim holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both obtained from the University of Dayton, with the master's degree completed in 1997 and the bachelor's degree in 1993.
