The AESC appoints three new global directors
Consultancy industry body, The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), has announced the appointment of three new members on its 2021 Global Board of Directors. Catherine Andersen, Joe Coulter, and Pauly Rodney will join the board for the first time, helping to set standards for the executive search and leadership consulting profession worldwide. “This is a critical time for the executive search and leadership consulting profession to show leadership, a commitment to best practices, and a dedication to unity and positive change around the world,” said AESC Chair Morten Nielsen. “I am honored to again serve as chair of the Global Board of Directors and look forward to working with my colleagues and AESC President and CEO Karen Greenbaum to move the organization forward as it continues to be the standard-bearer for the profession." Catherine Andersen is a Partner at Omera Partners, based in Sydney. She has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, including stints with the AESC as Chair of its APAC & Middle East Membership and Development Committee, and as a member of its Asia-Pacific Council. Joe Coulter has been Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Coulter Partners in London for nearly 18 years. Mr. Coulter specializes in corporate development, has served on AESC’s Europe and Africa Council for the past three years, and was its Vice-Chair in 2020. Pauly Rodney serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Raines International in New York. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources and government sectors, and has served on AESC’s Council of the Americas since 2018.
