Christopher Rogers has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles. Christopher started their career at Swan Island Dairy - Kroger Manufacturing, where they worked as a Maintenance Technician and later as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and Maintenance Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment and managing the maintenance budget.
Christopher then joined PECI as an Energy Efficiency Engineer, where they supported energy efficiency programs for utility clients. Christopher quickly expanded the company's capabilities in energy modeling and measure development. Christopher later became an Engineering Manager, leading a team focused on energy modeling and project delivery for commercial buildings.
Christopher then joined CLEAResult as a Senior Engineering Manager and later as the Senior Engineering Director of the West Region. In these roles, they were responsible for all aspects of engineering activities, including delivery of energy efficiency and consulting services to clients across North America. Christopher also led strategic improvement initiatives and streamlined engineering processes.
Currently, Christopher is working as the Director of Engineering at AESC, Inc. Christopher'sresponsibilities include overseeing engineering activities and providing technical support to the company's teams.
Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering cost-effective and quality technical support to meet operational and regional goals. Christopher has expertise in various areas, including commercial refrigeration, HVAC, energy modeling, and strategic energy management.
Christopher Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Portland Community College from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Christopher Rogers also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) obtained from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying in June 2012.
