Jay Robinson

Jay Robinson has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Jay is currently working as the Head of Logistics, Installation, and Support at Aescape since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FITURE US as the Head of US Supply Chain, Logistics & Customer Support from December 2021 to April 2023. At Casper, Jay held various positions including Director of Operational Excellence from February to December 2021, Senior Manager of Customer Support from February 2020 to February 2021, Senior Manager of Fulfillment from April 2019 to February 2020, Logistics Manager from July 2017 to April 2019, and Transportation and Forecasting Analyst from June 2016 to June 2017. Jay also worked at Google Express as a Transportation Operations Manager from June 2014 to June 2016, and at The Vitamin Shoppe as a Transportation Analyst from May to June 2014, and as an Inventory Specialist from June 2012 to May 2014. Their first work experience was as a Supply Chain Intern at Joy Mining Machinery from June to August 2011.

Jay Robinson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in a study abroad program at CEA CAPA Education Abroad in Barcelona, Spain. In January 2021, Jay obtained a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Sensei from Villanova University.
