Jessica is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024, Jessica has previously held multiple Chef de Partie roles at Pt. Leo Estate, Woodman Estate, and Longitude 131°. A notable tenure as Head Chef at Bolero Brasserie, alongside roles as Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, highlights Jessica's leadership capabilities. Initial culinary training includes experience as a Demi Chef de Partie at Mozaic Restaurant and a Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, complemented by an internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts.
