Kyle McIntosh

Kyle McIntosh is the Director of Retail Operations at Aescape, where they currently lead retail initiatives. Previously, Kyle held roles such as Director of Retail Operations at FREEBIRD STORES, Inc., and served as a Retail Operations Coordinator and a Store Manager at The North Face, contributing significantly to operational excellence and team training. Kyle also worked as a Research Associate at Brock University, focusing on muscle physiology, biomechanics, and neurobiology, and has extensive experience in sales management and training from their time at FGL Sports Ltd. Their academic background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Brock University.
