Rachel Jo

Rachel Jo is an experienced Product Researcher currently at Aescape since May 2023, where expertise in various research methodologies, usability testing, and market analysis in health and wellness has driven product strategy and improvements. Prior to this role, Rachel managed day-to-day operations as a Research Assistant, overseeing participant recruitment and data collection for a research lab, and has contributed to research report preparation and troubleshooting. Previous experience includes serving as a Patient Access Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medicine, facilitating communication between patients and medical professionals across multiple specialties, and working as a Teaching Assistant at KUEI Luck Enrichment Center, where STEM curricula were tailored to student needs. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John's University and completed secondary education at the Bronx High School of Science.
