Wee How Tan

WEE HOW TAN is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in maritime and environmental projects. Currently serving as a Bureau Veritas South East Asia Committee Member and Senior Management personnel at Aesen since January 2022, WEE HOW TAN has held various significant roles, including Strategic Advisor and Independent Director at Sindex Refrigeration and Director at Rafflesgold Pte Ltd, where responsibilities include company consultancy and ship management. A former President of the Defence Industries Association (DEFINA) from January 2019 to January 2022, WEE HOW TAN has also contributed to the Falcon Energy Group Ltd as VP Operations, where efforts included the merger of operational entities and the establishment of strategic growth initiatives. Prior experiences span managerial positions at Miclyn Express Offshore, OTTO Marine LTD, BOURBON, and CH Offshore Ltd, with a career foundation at DSTA overseeing maintenance planning for Navy vessels.
