Nicholas Stembridge

Nicholas Stembridge is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, notably renewable energy and technology. Currently serving as a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant at AESG since September 2025, Nicholas previously held positions at AltGen as a Senior Talent Consultant and Talent Consultant, contributing to consulting and employment services in renewable energy across Africa.
