Steven M Saltsman is a dedicated Process Safety Engineer and theater professional who currently serves as a Principal Specialist at aeSolutions. With past roles as Conservatory Director at Station Theater and a Senior Process Safety Engineer at the Process Safety & Reliability Group, Steven has effectively combined engineering expertise with a passion for improvisational theater. They hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Acting from Purdue University and continue to develop their skills in improvisational theater at various institutions.
