Charlize Kan possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in various capacities across prestigious organizations. At L'Oréal, from July 2012 to June 2014, Charlize held roles such as Human Resources Executive and Business Partner, focusing on talent pipelines and employee engagement. Following this, Charlize worked as an HR Specialist in Learning & Development at Kate Spade & Company before moving to The Hong Kong Jockey Club from March 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included advising the Legal & Compliance Division and leading recruitment initiatives. Currently, since August 2024, Charlize serves as the Head of Human Resources for North Asia at Aesop. Charlize holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from HKUST Business School.
