Derek Wong

Derek Wong possesses extensive experience in IT and retail application support, currently serving as the Retail Application Team Lead for Aesop in Asia since April 2017, with prior roles including Retail Application Specialist and Senior Regional ICT Support Analyst. Previously, Derek was a Technical Support Specialist at lululemon athletica, providing application and network support for hundreds of stores globally. Previous internships and roles include RF Technician at TELUS Communications, IT Field Technician for ServiceOne Getronics, and Check-in Agent with INTERCRUISES SHORESIDE & PORT SERVICES. Derek holds degrees in Electronic Technician Common Core from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with a high school diploma from Point Grey Secondary School.
